The managers have decided we need to refocus our attention on to you players, as well as have players reconfirm their commitment to the team
I'll be listing some 'bylaws/rules' that will go into effect immediately, if you have a problem w/ any of them please contact me (Gwalk) immediately =-D
Managers will commit to
1- the welfare/growth of our players
1a- discussing strategies/gathering replays etc
2- help players in times of need, help them get through lulls or bad streaks
3- we will as managers meet the criteria we assign to players
4- we will exercise team discipline if needed
5- everything is done, for the bettering of the team
Players will commit to
1- show up on time
2- listen to managers @ wars
3- have fun, but dont put your fun infront of the teams betterment/goals
3a- if ur offrace is horrible, you dont use it in a war, use it in practice
4- players will continue to help each other grow, as managers help players as well
5- players will put in time practicing and committing to the team
